The Town of North Attleboro has a long history of concern for the safety of animals of all types. Recently, the Town decided to proceed with a plan to expand the existing animal shelter to approximately 3,200 square feet, including an addition to the front of the building and a new second floor for storage.
NETCO was selected by the Town because of our focus on budgeting and program management beginning with the need to tightly control project costs. NETCO has assisted in selecting four architects for interviews and is currently working with the Permanent Building Committee to negotiate an architectural fee for the work. When the architect has been selected NETCO will manage the design process, including review of green building alternatives.
