The Martin Luther King Jr. Charter School of Excellence Project involves the adaptive re-use of a 69,000 square foot industrial building. The new space will provide children in Kindergarten through Grade 5 much needed, large classrooms, space for expanded special programs and services and new, exterior and interior recreation facilities.
NETCO was selected as the OPM to assist in the final review of plans and specs, make recommendations for value engineering, and expedite the bidding process. NETCO has also assumed the primary role for the purchase of furnishings, fixtures and equipment for the school.
