Cost: $1,800,000 Project: Window Replacement The City of Lowell is participating in the Massachusetts School Building Association’s program to upgrade the energy efficiency of several of their school buildings. While some of the projects have been completed, the Moody Elementary School and the Washington Elementary School are scheduled to receive new energy efficient windows later this year.
