NETCO Construction Project Managers, Inc. was chosen by the Town of Watertown as the Project Manager for the Watertown Free Public Library on Main Street. The addition/renovation project included design, construction, interior fit-out and technology infrastructure. The two story steel, glass and masonry structure required both renovation to the turn of the century portion of the library facility and construction of a new addition. Read more

A sister company of NETCO is F.F. & E. Services. F.F. & E. focuses on providing project management services to hotels and multi-family residential properties nearing the end of the project where the facility needs to have furnishings, fixtures and equipment installed on a rapid schedule. Read more

The West Tisbury Free Public Library is a Five Star Library (Library Journal ranking), one of only a handful of libraries in the country to achieve this prestigious recognition for service to its community. In order to maintain a high level of service to library patrons, the West Tisbury community embarked on a library expansion program to increase the size of the library from approximately 7,000 sq. ft. to about 13,500 sq. ft. The Town of North Attleboro has a long history of concern for the safety of animals of all types. A plan to expand the existing animal shelter to approximately 3,200 square feet, including an addition to the front of the building received funding and NETCO Construction Project Managers, Inc. was selected to be the OPM for the project.
